Job 31:33-34 “Have
I tried to hide my sins as people normally do, hiding my guilt in my closet?”
O. All of Chpt 31 Job is going through everything and
anything that he could have possibly done to deserve such a punishment that he was
receiving.
A. People have such a fear that their sins will be
discovered that soon they just begin to go down paths of deception. We cover up
our lives and do our best to appear “holy” when in reality we ALL sin. And
biggest of all we honestly forget that no matter how good we become at
deceiving people, God sees absolutely everything we do or don’t do. God sees
the real you, and still chooses to love us. Acknowledge your sins and move
forward in life.
P. Help me to not hide from you
God. Help me to acknowledge my own sins and move forward in life.
